Refund policy

Luxury Loom (www.theluxuryloom.com) Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on Luxury Loom (www.theluxuryloom.com) within 7 days of receipt in case, there is a manufacturing defect in the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size (measurement) or receipt of a defective item, you will need to courier the product back to us. 

The exchanged product will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Once your return is received by us, you will be provided a discount coupon of INR 100 in reward for shipping costs per order/parcel. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

We don't have a replacement & refund policy for correctly delivered orders.
